Patient Care

The University of Miami Division of Rheumatology offers expert care in our disease-specific clinics for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, autoimmune muscle disease, rheumatic lung disease, systemic vasculitis, and mixed connective tissue disease.

We also have clinical expertise in the full spectrum of adult rheumatic conditions including anti-phospholipid syndrome, microcrystalline arthritis (such as gout), osteoarthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, sarcoidosis, scleroderma, seronegative spondyloarthropathies, and Sjogren’s Syndrome.

We assist in the diagnosis of patients with fibromyalgia, and work with colleagues including those in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for their care. Our clinicians see patients at the main University of Miami medical campus, plus at clinics in Deerfield Beach, Kendall, Lennar Center in Coral Gables and Plantation.
